Miriam Haskell Egyptian Revival Sphinx Pharoah Pendant Necklace 1970's

This gorgeous, rare estate piece has a double-sided sphinx figure on both sides, and measures appr 2 7/8" x 2 1/4" From top to bottom measuring 13 5/8". The necklace is decorated with four round polished gemstone beads. Between the two stones are gold-toned sphinx busts. The mesh chain has a round filigree ball at the end and a slide clasp. The clasp and metal tag are embossed "Miriam Haskell" including patent number: 3427681. Please see the detailed attached pictures.
